What is the Emerald Princess II Casino Donation Policy?
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the Emerald Princess II
has established a regional policy to provide assistance to non-profit organizations
located within the state of Georgia. Requests must be made in writing on
organizational letterhead at least 3 weeks in advance of the event and forwarded
to our Community Relations Dept. in order to be considered. The Emerald
Princess II Casino assists hundreds of organizations annually in this manner. Please

What is the suggested attire on the ship?
We recommend you wear the same style of clothing as you would
to eat out at a nice restaurant or club. Do know that it can be cool in
the Casino, so, if you are likely to get chilly in air conditioning, you
may want to bring a long-sleeve shirt or sweater. Please, no cut-off shorts
or beachwear (applies to men & women), tank tops (men), or bikini tops
(women).
Are there kids activities on the ship?
No. Guests must be at least 18 years old and present government-issued photo ID to sail on the Emerald
Princess II Casino.
Are there minimum/maximum bets?
Minimums and maximums vary by table and game. Check with the
dealers once the casino opens to determine their table's betting rules.
How much do drinks cost at your bar?
Domestic Beer: $3.25
Import Beer: $4.25
Well Drink: $4.25
Call Drink: $5.25
Premium Drink: $6.25
Glass Of Wine: $4.25
Specialty/Multiple Liquor Drinks: Prices Vary
Sodas/Juice/Bottled Water: $1.00
Note: our guests must be 21 years old or older to consume
alcoholic beverages. Ships' security will seize alcohol brought aboard the
vessel.
How does dining work?
We now serve a light bistro dining consisting of pizza, sub-sandwiches, and salad.
Additionally, an a la carte snack menu is available in the Bistro
while the casino is open. Dining takes place
on the 3rd level (Bistro Deck), begins at time of boarding, and is first-come, first-served.
Be sure to place your name with the host to be called upon when seating
is available. Seating capacity in the dining room is approximately 140 passengers.
Are tips included with the ticket price?
No, gratuities are not included in the price of a ticket.
Customary tip is $1.50 for dining service. Bar staff and dealers are extra
gratuities.
Do you have entertainment?
While we provide music and have a small dance floor available,
entertainment is limited to the many games available in our casino.
Is your ship accessible for people with physical disabilities?
Yes. Although there is not an elevator available to access all decks, disabled
passengers may access all amenities from the first deck.
Do you give weather-related refunds or rain checks?
Emerald Princess II Casino is not responsible for delays, deviations,
cancellations, damage to property or injury arising from adverse weather
conditions. When necessary, passengers will be scheduled on the next available
cruise.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks (with proper
ID.). There's also an ATM aboard for your convenience!
