The object of the game is to draw cards as close to 21
as possible and beat the dealers hand without going over. Every player is dealt
two cards and gives hand signals to draw or stand on his hand. The Dealer also
receives two cards one of which will be dealt face down to be shown when all hands
have been played. Dealer must draw to 16 and stand on all 17's. Winning bets are
paid even money and "Blackjacks" are paid three to two. A player may
"Double Down" on any two cards at any time and split any pair up to
two times. Aces will only receive one card on each split.
