We welcome any and all groups interested in cruising with us.
It's a fun way to spend an evening or day and a great activity for tourists,
corporate outings, family outings, and much, much more. Groups of 10 or more
get our special rates, so it pays to bring a crowd!
If you're sailing with us as a group, there are a few things to remember:

Reservations in advance are required to receive the group rate.

Boarding begins approximately one and one-half (1 1/2)
hours prior to departure. Groups are
recommended to pick up boarding passes no later than one (1) hour prior
to departure.

Boarding passes for all groups will be located at the ticket office.

The person in charge of the group (group leader), should
be the person who collects the boarding passes and must distribute the
passes in the parking lot and not on the dock.

Please be advised that if your group has purchased a package
that includes vouchers for tokens and/or drink vouchers, these vouchers
are only available if paid in advance. The ticket booth personnel cannot
issue additional vouchers for last-minute passengers that pay at the time
of boarding. The vouchers are only available through the Group Sales office.

U.S. Coast Guard regulations require that a list of all
passengers be on the dock prior to any individual boarding the ship. If
the ticket booth does not have a list of names (first & last names)
when picking up the boarding passes, passes cannot be issued until the
list is received. Please comply with this regulation so as not to leave
your group standing in the parking lot.

Passengers must be 21 years of age to cruise to cruise on
the Emerald Princess II Casino.
