Directions from 1-95 Southbound:
I-95 to Exit 38. Make left onto Golden Isles Parkway (GA-25 Spur South) and follow 4.5 miles to US-17 South. Proceed South on US-17 approx. 5.7 miles. Make a left onto Jekyll Causeway (GA-520 East) and an immediate left onto Gisco Point Drive and follow into the Emerald Princess II Casino parking lot.

Directions from I-95 Northbound:
I-95 to Exit 29. Make right onto US-17 North and follow for 5.4 miles. Make a right onto Jekyll Causeway (GA-520 East) and an immediate left onto Gisco Point Drive and follow into the Emerald Princess II Casino parking
