We recommend you wear the same style of clothing as you would to eat out at a nice restaurant or club. Do know that it can be cool in the Casino, so, if you are likely to get chilly in air conditioning, you may want to bring a long-sleeve shirt or sweater. Please, no cut-off shorts or beachwear, tank tops, or bikini tops, flip flops, and no high heels.
Guests must be at least 21 years old and present government-issued photo ID to sail on the Emerald Princess Casino. Guests must be 21 years old to consume alcohol.
Minimums and maximums vary by table and game. Check with the dealers once the casino opens to determine their table's betting rules.
Dining takes place on the 3rd level Bistro Deck. First come, first served, please be sure to place your name with the host to be called upon when seating is available.
It is customary to tip for services rendered by all staff, including bartenders, wait staff, and casino staff.
We provide music and have a dance floor available within the Calypso Bar & Club. Live entertainment can be found on the third level on all Friday and Saturday evening cruises.
Yes. Although there is not an elevator available to access all decks, disabled passengers may access many amenities from the first deck.
Emerald Princess Casino is not responsible for delays, deviations, cancellations, damage to property or injury arising from adverse weather conditions. When necessary, passengers will be scheduled on the next available cruise.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks (with proper ID). There's also an ATM aboard for your convenience.
The Emerald Princess adheres to a strict no smoking policy within the third level dining room. Both casino floors are designated smoking areas, and are equipped with a multitude of air filtration systems to efficiently filter air.
Services dogs are welcome to cruise with you aboard the Emerald Princess, however Emotional Support Animals (ESA) can not be brought aboard.
